“FIVE STARS!!! I went to see Dr. Kim for acupuncture. I was desperate to get relief from the horrible pain I had shooting down my arm. I was scheduled for neck surgery on my C6/C7 cervical disc at Jefferson Hospital with Dr. James Harrop. With the help of Dr. Kim, I am pain free, ended up canceling my surgery and now only see him once every three weeks for maintenance. He's very thorough and will always want to see X-Ray and or MRI reports before he begins therapy. He also happens to be a great guy. I highly recommend him and I'm so grateful that I found him.”

“I was having difficulty sleeping and began to feel very tired and then fatigued. My back muscles felt tight and sore. My sleep difficulty turned into insomnia. I started to lose weight, feeling upset in my stomach all the time. I tried over-the-counter sleep aids. My doctors took blood for tests. I was scanned from head to toe, but nothing showed up. I appeared to be as healthy as a horse. I started having chest pains and was at a loss of what to do next. A friend mentioned acupuncture, but I had no idea if it would help. I was desperate. I found Dr. Kim's office address online.
Dr. Kim couldn't have been nicer. He was extremely helpful and explained everything I needed to know about acupuncture to make it work for me. He guided me through the process. I thought the needles would hurt, but they really didn't. With Dr. Kim's steady hands, I improved over time. My sleep improved. I had more energy and my appetite and weight returned. Most importantly I was happy again. My wife saw a big difference in me and was very pleased that I was going to see Dr. Kim. I look forward to my session with him. I wouldn't miss one for the world.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kim. If you have any questions or doubts, just talk to him. He's a great listener and is full of top-notch advice.”

“I have been an acupuncture patient of Dr. Kim's for almost 10 years and feel extremely fortunate and grateful for having been referred to him by my open minded primary care physician. Dr. Kim's approach to healing is holistic. While focusing on resolving the symptom, he also focuses on getting to the root of the issue in an effort to deter the symptom from returning later down the line. In my case, this approach has been the key in helping to maintain my health all these years.
From dealing with headaches, colds, stress and anxiety to the more challenging diagnosis of MS, he has been a tremendous and constant support to me every step of the way. Always patiently answering what probably feels like a million questions from me, he answers in a way that is simple to understand and is always direct. As someone who has seen a number of different doctors on my journey, Dr. Kim is by far the most empathetic, kind and extremely effective.
If you are on the fence about trying acupuncture, I hear you. Initially I could not reconcile in my head how tiny needles placed all over would be helpful, however, considering that acupuncture has been around for 2,000+ years, I figured there must be something to it so I called. Best. Decision. EVER. .”
